The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce represents over 1,100 businesses throughout mid-Michigan. The Chamber also has established several councils and advisory groups to help improve the community and support the region's business owners. These include the Women's Business Committee, the African American Advisory Committee, Genesee Regional Young Professional Committee (GRYP) and the Disability Works Committee.
