Internship Program
The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college. The program offers:

Essential Functions:
- Assist in the production and editing of video content for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and corporate values.
- Research media outlets/reporters, create media lists, track coverage and assist with reporting and data cleanup on our media intelligence platforms.
- Write draft press releases, pitches and newsroom articles. Help prepare press materials and provide support building multi-channel communications plans.
- Support building digital structures to organize templates and other media assets across markets.
- Draft engaging articles and updates for the company intranet, highlighting employee achievements, corporate initiatives, and important announcements.
- Help coordinate and execute corporate events, including logistics planning, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure successful execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and promote corporate initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications to support the team in developing effective communication strategies.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range:
$35,200.00 - $56,200.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
