Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst III is responsible for leading research and analysis to identify systems impacted by requirements, possible interfaces, cross team dependencies and affected lines of business.
Essential Functions:
- Understand and enhance the strategic vision for data products, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical team to maintain focus on objectives, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure adherence to the strategic vision.
- Elicit and document requirements from decomposition of complex business processes and ensure features and user stories are created in alignment with existing processes and standards.
- Author clear agile stories and features that translate business needs and technical requirements, serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Own the prioritization of user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that UAT acceptance criteria are established.
- Keep customers and users informed of project status and actively seek their feedback.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos, and assist in planning activities and the development of business case documents.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand needs and identify dependencies, overlaps, and integration opportunities.
- Set objectives for your role with an understanding of how your output impacts other areas, contributing to the development of operational goals.
- Perform any other job-related duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business management, healthcare operations, or requirements management, with a strong familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading business initiatives to drive systemic change and a minimum of two (2) years in a functional Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master role is required.
- Experience working with an enterprise system or IT platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric (Power BI), Facets, GuidingCare, SAP, or CRMs is preferred.

- Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals while multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including critical listening and thinking abilities.
- Flexibility during organizational changes and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Licensure and Certification:
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification is preferred.
- Certifications related to core technical systems (Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs) and Agile methodologies (SAFE) are preferred.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Compensation Range:
$92,300.00 - $161,600.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
