Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferable.
Certifications: Completion of a vocational training program in automotive services or maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities
Oil Changes: Perform efficient and high-quality oil changes while following manufacturer specifications.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Fluid Checks: Monitor and top off various vehicle fluids, such as brake, coolant, and transmission fluids, to maintain vehicle health.
Filter Replacement: Replace air, cabin, and other filters as necessary to improve vehicle functionality and customer satisfaction.
Maintenance Recommendations: Provide clients with maintenance recommendations based on inspection results to promote proactive vehicle care.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all shop safety and environmental protocol to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Customer Interaction: Engage positively with customers, providing clear information and excellent service to enhance their experience.
