Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in an auto service management role.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of automotive repair processes and familiarity with the latest diagnostic equipment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with staff and customers.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, manage conflict, and motivate staff to achieve desired goals.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Driver's License: Valid driver’s license is required.
Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate team of auto technicians and service staff to deliver top-notch service.
Customer Interactions: Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions to their vehicle concerns.
Work Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate daily work schedules and manage appointments to maximize service department efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality service standards through regular inspections and quality control checks.
Inventory Management: Supervise parts inventory and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the prompt availability of required parts.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on service department metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
