Who We Want Miller Industries is seeking a General Laborer for our Paint Department on our 1st Shift. The hours are 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with overtime hours as needed for production. What You Get Paid The position pays a competitive hourly rate. What Requirements Are Needed
Physical & Mental Requirements The job is performed in a manufacturing setting regularly exposed to the following: noise, fumes, dirt, heat, sparks, smoke, dust, vibration, grease, moving objects/parts. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Work may include exposure to hazardous chemicals. Inside working conditions with exposure to hot and cold conditions. Must have the physical, mental strength, and endurance to perform duties. Physical ability to frequently walk, stand for extended periods of time, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, pull, twist, turn, and lift while performing functions of position. Must be able to reach overhead and climb ladders as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to wear a half-face (elastomeric) air purifying respirator with N95 filters or full-face respirator up to 8 - 10 hours a day. May be required at times to be clean shaven to wear a respirator.
