Who We Want We are currently seeking a Team Lead - Fitting/Welding Department for 2nd Shift at our Burton, Michigan location. 2nd Shift hours are 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., Monday – Friday, with some overtime on weekends for production. What You Will Be Doing
What You Get Paid The position pays a competitive hourly rate. What Requirements Are Needed Education : Minimum: High School Diploma. Prefer: Associate's Degree/Vocational Certificate in Welding and Fabrication Engineering. Equivalent experience considered. Experience : Prefer three to five (3-5) years of hands-on MIG welding experience in a small to medium size Manufacturing & Fabrication setting. Prefer at least two (2) years of experience leading a welding or fabrication team. Equivalent experience considered. Prior experience in Structural MIG Welding and ability to read blueprints is required.
