• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate related telephone equipment
• 3 months experience utilizing Windows based functionality and programs
• Ability to enunciate and communicate effectively in a courteous, controlled, and tactful manner under various levels of stress.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
