Duties | This position oversees all operational aspects of Kettering’s International Education Programs (IEP). IEP programs are professional development programs offered to organizations overseas looking to provide professional development in various STEM and Business fields to their employees. These IEP programs can occur virtually or in-person and the length ranges from 1-day programs to 6+ month programs. Currently, the majority of IEP Programs occur with partners in China. This position will facilitate these programs, from contract and program structure discussions with interested companies to managing the planning and execution of program logistics.
