Insight Surgical Hospital is a small, friendly, and minimally invasive surgical center and clinic with patient services second to none! We are proud of our fast-paced, patient-focused, team-oriented environment with professionals in neurology, orthopedics, pain management, chiropractic, gastroenterology, podiatry specialties and more. Every member of our team is crucial to the patient experience and our success! Our Hospital and Clinic do not treat general illnesses, including COVID-19, and has required health safety measures in place for everyone prior to entering the facility, including temperature and symptom checks, required PPE and other health hygiene measures.

Job Summary:
Our driven and passionate Clinic leader aims to display strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability, while thriving off of a team player environment. The Clinic Manager will supervise the daily operation of their Clinic and will actively facilitate the development of their employee’s growth and performance. This person will also uphold effective quality control and compliance adherence, while ensuring that all patients receive optimal patient care. This professional will coordinate employee and physician schedules to maximize the productivity of their clinic operations, demonstrate superior customer service, and provide a strong sense of direction for their Clinic. Top candidates for this position will be able to work autonomously, have a strong sense of professionalism and receptiveness to change and innovation, while being able to uphold a high level of communication.

Duties:
  • Reviews policy and procedures to ensure organizational alignment
  • Prepares staffing schedule; monitors overtime; delegates coordination of duties when out of office
  • Exhibits direct patient care in clinical areas as needed and demonstrates necessary clinical competence
  • Interviews, hires, counsels and evaluates staff in an effective and timely manner
  • Facilitates growth of employees and clinic
  • Establishes and maintains exceptional services to all physicians, patients and employees with the goal of delighting all customers
  • Develops a culture of service in the department by connecting organizational values to actions
  • Participates in annual and quarterly goal setting for Department and self by creating strategies and timeframes to accomplish said goals Insight
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required in the areas of Healthcare, Leadership, Business or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 2 years of managerial experience required
  • 2+ years of experience within a clinical role strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure patient safety
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field
  • Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement and that of others
  • Able to work with difficult patients compassionately to exhibit patient care second to none
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement to offer and initiate solutions for the betterment of the organization
  • Exudes respect and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner
  • Relates and works effectively with others; thrives in a team environment
  • Is aware of standards and performs in accordance with them
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to perform to a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient with Google Drive and Google spreadsheets
