Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Flint, MI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and obtain patient histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Michigan.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
