Summary:
The CSC Section Manager 2 will manage multiple functions of the Customer Solutions Center consisting of Associate Team Sales Managers and Team Sales Managers. This position right now, is for the Digital Section Manager position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of leaders and frontline phone colleagues (100 plus colleagues)
- Implement new policies and procedures ensuring the Customer Solutions Center is run efficiently and in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
- Act as a liaison with other departments / divisions
- Forward thinking with a global vision and prioritizes Category of One in sales and service
- Participate in strategic planning and provides budget oversight for assigned area(s)
- Act as lead for functional owner for assigned lines of business
- Monitor, analyze and report on the assigned area(s) productivity to senior management
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager or individual contributor
- Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles
- Maintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Being able to troubleshoot, research, and strong technical background
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience
- 7 years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a financial and/or call center environment preferred
- Thorough understanding of reporting, metrics and service level impacts
- Knowledge and ability to work with MS Office products effectively and efficiently
- Ability to successfully develop presentations, using data analytics, on assigned topics and present to senior leaders
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must exhibit strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree

Compensation Range:
$73,000 - $80,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
