Role Overview
As a Medical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate care to patients. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care and enhance the overall patient experience.

What You Will Do
- Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Obtain and document accurate medical histories from patients.
- Measure and record vital signs, contributing to the patient's overall health assessment.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, following established protocols.
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by end of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of related experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. At least one (1) year of related experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills preferred. Ability to perform a wide variety of clinical skills as related to ambulatory patient care preferred. Ability to problem-solve preferred. Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by end of orientation.
