Job Description

Ready to make a real impact in anatomic pathology? As a Pathologist's Assistant, you'll be a key player on our dynamic team, working alongside experienced pathologists to deliver exceptional diagnostic services. You'll dive into the fascinating world of post-mortem examination, bringing precision, care, and expertise to every case.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with our pathology team to provide top-notch anatomic pathology services under the guidance of qualified pathologists
• Take the lead in preparing for and performing human post-mortem examinations with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate seamlessly with pathologists and fellow team members to ensure accurate and thorough diagnostic outcomes
• Contribute your expertise to maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all pathology procedures

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Science degree from a regionally accredited college/university is required.
  • Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Pathologist's Assistant program, or previous certification by the American Association of Pathologist's Assistant (AAPA) is required.
• Pathologist's Assistant certification as a PA(ASCP) is preferred.
