Job Description

With continued growth and strong patient demand, the Henry Ford Health System Department of Family Medicine is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice at Henry Ford Family Medicine - Burton., located in Burton, MI. Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed members of the Group and practice exclusively within the organization.

Position Highlights:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine
  • Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population; experience with older adults and complex care is preferred
  • Engage in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
  • Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Contribute to and support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of residency in an ACGME or AOA accredited program
