Goyette Mechanical is currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Service Projects Division. This is a non-union salaried position with commission opportunities. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, developing relationships, and growing a dedicated customer base, with the opportunity to expand into project estimating responsibilities over time.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage new customers
• Proven ability or strong desire to work in a sales-driven, customer acquisition role
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in construction, HVAC, or skilled trades is a plus but not required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Actively identify, pursue, and acquire new customers within target markets
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop repeat business
• Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present service/project solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and develop proposals
• Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and project documentation
• Support project handoff, kickoff meetings, and customer communication
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
• Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction
