GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Program Director, performs highly responsible and complex secretarial and administrative tasks which may be confidential in nature; work involves a high degree of excellent judgment and accuracy. Will assist and perform secretarial duties and support other Urgent Care-related program development or expansion as directed. May be required to adjusted hours, weekends and holidays based on clinic coverage needs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduation or equivalent and the ability to type 55 w.p.m. with no more than five (5) errors in a five-minute timing, a minimum of five (5) years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, AND a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Proficient in the use of computer software, inclusive of Microsoft Office Suite.
