RN Floater- TEMPORARY

Status: Temporary; No Benefits
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Assignment Timeframe: Approximately 2-3 months
General Statement:
Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, acts as a client advocate in the Person-Centered Planning process regarding health issues; will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing/health plans of developmentally disabled clients; ability to perform professional nursing tasks and case consultation with prescribers/psychiatrists; performs related work as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan AND ability to move up to 30 pounds in order to transport supplies/equipment and to move or position clients.
Additional Requirements:
As THIRD PARTY insurance may be billed by this position, in accordance with professional scope of practice, employee MUST MEET THIRD PARTY REQUIREMENTS.
Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours, including for the transport of clients; must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
