General Statement:
Under the Direction of the Supervisor, responsibilities are the implementation of the ABA benefit for eligible consumers under the age of 21 years with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. The BCBA will primarily work within the Autism Program designing, implementing, training, and monitoring applied behavior analysis interventions but may be assigned to other appropriate clinical cases for the provision of ABA, including but not limited to developmentally disabled children and adults. The individual functions as part of an inter-disciplinary team and services are delivered both in an outpatient clinic setting and in-home. The BCBA Trainee will have responsibility for direct oversight of ABA services delivered by ABA Technicians.

Master's in Psychology | One (1) year clinical experience with children having an autism spectrum disorder. | Behavior Analyst Trainee who is actively working toward the BCBA credential. |
Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis | One (1) year clinical experience with children having an autism spectrum disorder. | Behavior Analyst Trainee who is actively working toward the BCBA credential. |
Master’s in Education | One (1) year clinical experience with children having an autism spectrum disorder. | Behavior Analyst Trainee who is actively working toward the BCBA credential. |
Additional Requirements:
Must have completed at least three (3) BCBA graduate level courses from an accredited university.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and use of a vehicle during working hours.
Ability to physically perform the tasks.
