General Statement:

Assists and reports to the Senior Manager of Behavioral Supports in assigned supervisory responsibilities for the ABA Technician workforce of the GHS Children’s Autism Center, including both center and home-based service delivery. Provides supervisory support in the delivery of applied behavior analysis services. Assists in directing the work efforts of assigned staff and in managing day-to-day operations of the program; performs related work as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a human service field AND two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aide/technician for children with autism. Will consider individual actively working toward attainment of Bachelor’s degree in human service field with expected degree completion within one year of hire AND two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aid/technician for children with autism.

Additional Requirements:

Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.

Preferences:

Individual actively working toward BCaBA or BCBA credential.

Veterans must submit Form DD214 to determine eligibility for Veterans’ Preference
