GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Senior Marketing & GTM Enablement Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for shaping how DTS shows up in the market and how our teams engage clients and partners. This individual develops and delivers high-impact content, campaigns, and programs across industry events, digital channels, and partner ecosystems—elevating our thought leadership and strengthening engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
In this role, the manager builds the strategies, frameworks, and tools that equip Sales, Product, and Client teams to communicate our value clearly, launch solutions effectively, and deepen relationships with retailers, banks, and ecosystem partners. This position independently drives go-to-market initiatives, from content development to sales enablement to campaign measurement, ensuring alignment, readiness, and consistent execution across the organization.
The role requires strong judgment and accountability, including adherence to established policies and open communication around risks and issues. This leader ensures all actions reflect a commitment to doing what is right for clients, colleagues, and the business—delivering results while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite and maintaining a positive customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of DTS’s GTM strategy, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and coordinated readiness across Sales, Product, Client Success, Relationship Managers, and Marketing teams for an industry-leading SaaS product.
- Maintain consistent brand presence and market positioning across digital channels, physical events, partner ecosystems, and all GTM materials.
- Build and execute GTM launch campaigns for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives, including strategy, messaging, content creation, sales enablement, and internal/external communications.
- Design and manage sales enablement programs that equip teams with the tools, insights, and narratives needed to guide effective client conversations and articulate DTS’s operational, financial, and strategic value.
- Track and report GTM performance metrics, including engagement, adoption, campaign results, and influenced pipeline, ensuring visibility into how GTM activities contribute to organizational value drivers.
- Design, develop, and maintain external-facing collateral and GTM assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, video scripts, event materials, and digital content that support sales effectiveness and market education.
- Lead the strategy and execution of webinars, virtual events, and partner programs, developing content that supports education, adoption, and thought leadership across retail, banking, and cash ecosystem audiences.
- Plan and execute DTS’s presence at industry conferences and events, including booth strategy, content development, logistics, speaker preparation, and coordinated follow-up to drive engagement and pipeline impact.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field
- Five years' experience in B2B Marketing or GTM Experience in: Fintech, SaaS, Retail Technology, Banking Technology, Payments, or Cash Automation
- Demonstrated GTM and content success supporting commercial objectives and business growth
- Outstanding written, storytelling, and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative and content development skills
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics and optimize based on performance
- Comfort operating within fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environments
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Hubspot CRM and Marketing Automation (Preferred)

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
