WJRT ABC12 is looking for a strong, creative Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) who is passionate about telling stories in the community.

WJRT-TV, Channel 12, (branded as ABC 12) is the ABC-affiliated broadcast television station in the Flint, Saginaw, and Bay City market. ABC12 is Mid-Michigan’s premiere station for local news, weather, and sports, with newsrooms and studios located in Flint and Saginaw. We broadcast 43 hours of local news per week plus ABC network programming and other syndicated programming like Live with Kelly & Ryan, We the People, Drew Barrymore, Judge Judy, and more. ABC12 first went on air in 1958 and is now owned by Allen Media Broadcasting.

The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce represents over 1,100 businesses throughout mid-Michigan. The Chamber acts as a strong advocate for the region's business community, and offers a number of programs to new and prospective businesses. The following are just a few of the many programs and services that can help companies reduce costs and increase profitability: -The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides training and assistance to companies that want to sell to the government. -Money-saving programs that help reduce shipping, office, and telecommunications costs for businesses of all sizes. -A partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield that provides business members with lower-cost insurance coverage for employees. The Chamber also has established several councils and advisory groups to help improve the community and support the region's business owners. These include the Women's Business Committee, the African American Advisory Committee, Genesee Regional Young Professional Committee (GRYP) and the Disability Works Committee.
